This portal website is brought to you by Margaritas Place, Homes Down Under and Roo Rentals all of which are quality and trusted furnished rentals in Adelaide, South Australia.  We are not overnight operators.  Kris, Tamara and Judi have been operating for over 4 years and have provided quality furnished accommodation for many migrating families, businesses and holiday makers. 

Although separate businesses, between us we offer 10 homes in Adelaide and the south of Adelaide.  If you want somewhere to use as a base while you search for a long term rental then you have come to the right place……. or maybe you are after a holiday let for a week or so.  We have homes that are close to beautiful beaches, McLaren Vale wineries and the city of Adelaide.

Through our own experiences we know it is important to stay somewhere clean, furnished and good value for money in safe neighbourhoods, close to transport and shopping facilities. 

We are small businesses owned by women and…….we hate to admit…… are perfectionists……so you can be guaranteed of a high standard of cleanliness and standard of facilities.
